Feeling burnout, overwhelmed, exhausted, unfulfilled? We are taught from an early age that one of our most important roles as a girl/woman is to anticipate and provide for others' needs. By the time we become mothers to our own children, we have already cemented our role as a "mother" to just about everyone in our lives! Now it's YOUR time to find your way back home to yourself. Get the structure and resources to nurture your relationship with your self through creativity, education, skill building, reflection, and support and encouragement from other moms. Program includes: * Ten in-depth training modules to support you in finding your way back home to yourself. In the modules, you will be shown how to shift your life in meaningful ways. This content will include videos and written materials as well as assignments. We will also engage and nurture your creativity along the way through various art-making exercises (no skills/talent or special materials needed!) The Modules will highlight the following topics: - Months 1-2: Identity, self-esteem, barriers to change/growth, vision for yourself and more! - Months 3-4: Go more in depth on exploring your vision for yourself and beginning to take action towards creating the life you want - Months 5-6: Explore setbacks, struggles and ways to move forward through it all. Please note, you will bring your own unique set of circumstances and vision for your future. Therefore, some of the specific content may change slightly so that you can receive what you need and gain the most from the program. As such, Hollie reserves the right to add to or alter module and program content along the way. * Q&A Video Calls. You will have access to a weekly Q&A online video call with Hollie and others enrolled in the program to give you support and encouragement while working through the program. We will provide audio recording, if you want or need to listen at a different time. * One-to-One Sessions. You will have six 30 minute one-to-one online call sessions with Hollie to give you individual support and ensure you are powerfully moving forward towards your vision. Payment plans and scholarships are available.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please give us 24 hrs notice when possible in order to leave time for others to take your slot.
