(re)Create You- Part 1

In-depth online experiential lessons helping overwhelmed moms explore identity, self-esteem, barriers to change/growth, vision for yourself, taking action, as well as setbacks, struggles and gentle ways to move forward through it all. Online private group where you can reach out for support, share accomplishments, and seek encouragement as you go through the program. Weekly community Q&A video calls for added encouragement and support. Three 30-minute one-to-one video call sessions with Hollie for more in depth individual support and guidance.
